The top setting measures almost .5" wide across the widest part of the setting.  It's a very low profile ring with barely a .15" rise up off the finger - it can easily be worn every day.  The band is a size 7.5 - actually just a hair smaller than a 7.5, but bigger than a 7.25.   Total weight is 5.7 grams.
