This R7407 design has long been discontinued/retired, but if any dealer is going to find one brand new and unsold in a vault it's going to be Anvil Fine Wares!  This is what we do.    Incidentally, while we've seen the R7407 design before - we sold a different colorway about 8 years ago - this is the first we've ever seen in the all-Citrine colorway. 
 
It's also a real conversation piece - when this arrives on  your doorstep and is on your finger, look at it through a magnifying glass and admire how many gemstones actually went into creating this big, eclectic design - there's more here than you realize from our photos.
 
Specs:  Solid 18K Yellow Gold, a 2.89 carat all-natural, earth-mined and untreated, teardrop cut and faceted Madeira Citrine center stone set at the center of a large looping bed of 4.45 carats of additional Madeira Citrine created by layering multiple faceted Citrines together.     Set along this big, rounded bed of Citrine, at equal intervals, are 7 little rivers of White Diamonds set in Rhodium over 18K yellow gold (to accentuate the brilliance of the diamonds).   As mentioned above - there's a lot more going on in the creation of this setting than you realize from a quick glance through the photos.   The labor man-hours that must have gone into putting each individual ring together just overwhelms the mind.
 
Measurements:  The top setting measures .8" wide fully across the gemstone setting x .70" finger direction, with a rise of .4" up off the finger at the highest peak of the setting.  Band size is approximately 7.25 - it's a little bigger than a 7, but not quite a 7.25.   Sizing service is available.  Total weight is 9.9 grams and it feels as substantial in the hand as that weight would indicate.
