We've only seen a couple of these R9397 rings over the years, and this one with a full complement of natural Tsavorite Garnet is a beauty. Set in solid 14K white gold, it features 1.28ct of Tsavorite plus a full .21ctw of White Diamonds.
 
The top setting measures .55" x .5" with a rise of barely .15" up off the finger - it's a lower-profile design that could be worn everyday.   The shank is a standard size 7, with sizing service available.  Total weight is 4.3 grams.
