We are very excited about this versatile Campomaggi, so let's get to it.   First, this is most definitely a bag that can be worn by anyone - men, women, cyborgs, and everyone in between.   It's also versatile, as it can be worn/carried three (3) ways:   as a backpack with adjustable AND removable backstraps, as a crossbody with a removable and adjustable crossbody strap, and as a shopper with big, thick, comby hand straps.   Need a crossbody that can double as a carry-on for a weekend getaway or vacation?  This bag can do it.  Going hiking up Mount Rigi and need a bag you can throw on your back to keep your hands free?   Done!   Heading to the farmer's market and need a bag to hold all of your locally-grown honey, beef jerky, and loaves of bread?  This bag has enough room to hold it all.    
 
It's also a conversation piece because of the materials used.  In addition to the distressed chocolate brown Vachetta leather that makes up the handles, the straps, the front pocket flaps and the Campomaggi patch, the body itself is made from recycled Italian military wool blankets in a navy blue, charcoal and rust plaid pattern.   
 
It measures almost 17" tall and over 15" long across the top - it really is a roomy bag - and the top zipper reveals a fully lined cotton interior with an additional Vachetta leather trimmed zippered pocket, Campomaggi's hallmark metal medallion, and a Vachetta slip pocket big enough for a small cellphone or stack of business/credit cards.
