Introducing Caterina Lucchi leather accessories!  Who is Caterina Lucchi?  She just happens to be Marco Campomaggi's wife.  That's right, a husband and wife leatherworking team, each with their own company making handmade leather goods in Italy.
 
The big difference between their designs is that whereas many Campomaggis are often unisex,  favoring rugged utility over design, Caterina Lucchi designs all of her bags, wallets and accessories with much more of a feminine flair.  The designs are funkier and the color palette is broader.   
 
This particular handbag may be the nicest Caterina Lucchi creation we list - it's an absolutely gorgeous Bordeaux color and features a combination of butter-soft Vachetta Leather and Suede.  Regarding the color, if your computer monitor is properly calibrated then the photos you see will match the bag in your hands.   The best way to describe the color is that it's the color of wine with the slightest hint of plum.
 
It features two front pockets and the top zipper opens to reveal a large cotton-lined interior with another zippered pocket and two slip pockets easily large enough for big cell phones.
 
It measures a full 17" x 13" and the double handles have a drop of approximately 7".  Not only is this large enough to be a great all-day bag, but it's big enough to pair up with a small rolling bag and be enough for a weekend getaway.   
 
Please note that this is not a crossbody - it does not come with a shoulder strap.
