We are 99% sure this is a Konstantino design - the uncertainty comes from the fact that part of the hallmarks has been rubbed away.  We've tested it and confirmed that it's Sterling Silver with a solid 18K Yellow Gold top setting - and you can see those hallmarks in one of our photos - but the only part of the Konstantino mark is the letter "K".  Because of this uncertainty, we are pricing this piece aggressively, and of course we remind customers that we have a 2-week return privilege on all pre-owned items, so you can buy with confidence and examine the ring in person.
 
Three (3) natural Coral cabochons are set in the 18K Yellow Gold.  It is a size 6.5 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.  The top setting measures 1.15" x .55".
