It's a solid 14K yellow omega choker with a gorgeous diamond-adorned centerpiece.   The center diamond is a .32ct round brilliant cut white diamond featuring H/I color and SI clarity.  It's surrounded by 16 more round brilliant cut white diamonds totaling 1.04ctw and also boasting H/I color and SI clarity.   All totaled, you have 1.36 carats of brilliant white diamonds.
 
All those diamonds are set in the heavy centerpiece section of a 4.5mm wide omega-link choker.  The gram weight of the entire necklace is 36 grams, more than an ounce of 14K yellow gold, and it feels as substantial as it looks.  
 
The total wearable length of the necklace is 17", and the diamond centerpiece itself measures .75" x .5".  
 
It's in superb condition - please forgive any fingerprints you see on the choker.  This piece looks fantastic, and even picky buyers will be pleased.
