This Barbara Bixby silk cord necklace is QVC style code J140320, featuring three gemstone charms:  A polished cylindrical red agate cabochon key, a Mother of Pearl carved heart, and a Lapis Lazuli charm.   They are all attached to an 18" twisted silk cord with 1.5" extender, decorated with carved high-relief Sterling Silver hardware and circle and 18K yellow gold signature flower.
 
It is a fixed design - the charms are not removable.
