These Barbara Bixby Necklace + Key combos came in multiple colorways under QVC style code J26930.  We have it in the Chocolate Freshwater Pearl colorway, and you get a full necklace with removable key that also features a Chocolate pearl.
 
The necklace itself is 16" long plus a 3" extender with flower charm at the end.  The key measures 2" long including the bail.
 
It's a beautiful combo, ready to wear, in fantastic condition.
