This is an original 2010-2011 production, early-run Barbara Bixby Couture BBK590BPW key pendant, in superb condition, featuring Swiss Blue Topaz, Peridot, White Diamonds and a Freshwater Cultured White Pearl, with plenty of 18K Yellow Gold adorning the Sterling Silver.   Original retail on this was $1495.   
 
These early Bixby Couture pieces had exemplary gemstones and this key is yet another perfect example - notice how clean and saturated the Swiss blue Topaz gems are, and how deeply-hued the Peridot gem is at the bottom tip of the key.     
 
This measures a full 3" long x 1" wide, and it does come in an original brown Couture pouch.
