These Barbara Bixby Necklace + Key combos came in multiple colorways under QVC style code J26930.  This is the White Freshwater Pearl colorway, and you get a full necklace with removable key that also features a White pearl.
 
The necklace itself is 16" long plus a 3" extender with flower charm at the end.  The key measures 2" long including the bail.
 
It's a beautiful combo, ready to wear, in fantastic condition.  The sterling hardware does show patina/tarnish, and we have not polished it as many of our customers prefer their sterling to look "vintage".  Just disclosing this detail, and you can see it in our photos.   The high-relief carved appearance of Bixby's creations seems at home with some vintage patina, so we like the effect, but appreciate that it's personal preference.
