This one-owner "Riviera" ring comes back to us on consignment unaltered and unsized, still a factory size 7.  It was originally purchased from AFW and has been well cared for since.   
 
It features a solid 14K Rose Gold setting with 1.70ct of all-natural color-matched Rhodolite Garnet joined by 58 Points of natural Bubblegum Pink Sapphire.  A full 14 Points of White Diamonds finishes the presentation.  And you'll notice that the Pink Sapphires extend down the sides of the shank - there's a sprinkling on both sides of the ring.   
 
The top setting measures .75" in diameter with a rise of .3" up off the finger.  We included photos next to a Washington quarter coin for visual size perspective.  The ring weighs 6.2 grams.
 
As mentioned, the band is still a factory-original size 7, and sizing service is available.
