This Lagos Caviar collection cuff is fully hallmarked, and in addition to the 925 and 750 hallmarks for Sterling Silver and 18K gold it also included an "M" designation for size M in the Lagos line.
 
It's made of solid Sterling Silver, and the end caps, end beading, and solid sections closest to the caps are all solid 18K Yellow Gold.
 
It measures .35" across the setting and a full .2" thick, with a total weight of 47.0 grams.    Interior circumference, which equates to wrist size, measures at exact 6.5" with a tailor's measuring tape wrapped tightly around the inside.   

It is a flexible design, which makes it easy to place on the wrist, and eliminates the need for hinges.  Because of the flexi design it can also be worn by customers with wrists larger than 6.5", depending on how tight you're willing to accept.
