This Michael Dawkins ring is fully hallmarked, and is from his Starry Nights collection.  The top setting is 3-dimensional - the beading is not level from side to side, with more of a rolling-wave appearance.   
 
The setting measures .4" x .3" and the ring weighs 3.5 grams.  It's a size 8.25 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.
 
We did give it just a quick, cursory polishing but we left the patina on the top setting.  The high-relief setting looks great with the patina, but wouldn't look as interesting if there was no contrast to the high-relief design.
