This listing is for a beautiful solid 14K yellow & white gold two-tone Citrine & diamond ring, size 7.
Why the "Fair" qualifier above? The Citrine has seen a lot of wear, and has numerous abrasion lines across the table. There are no chips or cracks, just scratches from heavy wear. That's the bad news, and the reason for the "Fair" condition label.
The good news, and the reason we don't hesitate to use the adjective "beautiful" in our description, is because the Citrine is set in solid 14K gold in a combination of polished yellow gold and white gold, with a large beaded gold side gallery, and pretty rope & feathering carvings down the shoulders and sides of the shank, plus white diamonds on both shoulders.
And the Citrine itself, for all its wear, is a very pretty and large stone that presents nicely from as little as 18" away. In other words, if you're looking for wear you'll find plenty. But the photos in this listing were taken with a macro lens at a distance of less than 12 inches - much closer than most people will actually get. So, if you appreciate solid gold, and you love Citrine, and you just want a ring you can wear every day without having to worry about it or baby it, this is a great ring.
At 5.9 grams, the melt value of just the gold alone is almost $250, so our price is a very small premium over the gold melt value, making it an even easier purchase for someone who just wants a pretty knock-around ring but still wants the heft and tactile feel of solid gold on their finger.
The ring is a size 7 as measured on our own sizing mandrel, and the top setting measures .5" x .35" across the Citrine setting with a rise of .3" up off the finger.
