This is a vintage Tiffany & Co. "Atlas" Collection cuff that rarely pops up for sale.  It is fully hallmarked, and we included a photo of the hallmarks inside the cuff.    It's one of the heaviest and thickest of the "Atlas" designs, measuring approximately .4" wide, .2" thick, and weighing a full 45.7 grams - almost 1.5 ounces.   
 
It has seen plenty of wear, and as 18K is a softer metal it does show minute surface marks as you'd expect with a pre-owned item, but as you can see from our photos - taken with a macro lens less than 1 foot away from the item - it presents beautifully and can be worn without hesitation or embarrassment.  If it looks this good from less than 12 inches away, it will look fabulous on your wrist.   And yes, it does feature a multi-texture finish.  The bracelets high points are polished, but the deep insets are matte finish, creating a nice contrast between the "stripes" and the bracelet body.
