This is an original 2010-2012 production run Barbara Bixby Couture "Jyoti" pendant, style code BBP424TURQD, in solid Sterling Silver with a faceted Turquoise doublet, bright white diamonds and 18K Yellow Gold highlights.
 
The white swirls you see in the photos aren't fingerprints or surface blemished on the doublet - that's actual geologic mottling on the Turquoise itself underneath.
 
The piece measures 1.65" x .75", with a large opening bail that was more than wide enough for the twisted silk cord shown in the photos.  Please note that the silk cord is shown for illustrative purposes only, but if you need a cord let us know and we'll check our stash to see what colors we have available and we'll gladly include one at no cost to you, our treat.
 
This does come from a non-smoking home, in absolutely superb condition, no hesitations, and with no staining or residue.
