This is an original 2010-2012 production run Barbara Bixby Couture "Peacock" Collection pendant, in solid Sterling Silver and 18K Yellow Gold, with a Freshwater Pearl center surrounded by gorgeous Amethyst and Swiss Blue Topaz.
 
It's a large piece, as you can see by our photo of the pendant next to a 25 cent Washington quarter.  It measures 2.75" tall including the opening bail x 2.15" wide, and weighs 18.7 grams, almost 2/3 of an ounce.
 
It does come from a non-smoking home, so it's free of staining or residue, and it has been well cared for - the gemstones look superb.
