Just in, brand new and retail-fresh from Bellarri! We don't see many "Aladdin" Collection pieces - it's a fairly limited collection with most of the designs done in limited numbers, so this is a welcome addition to our selection.
It starts with a solid 14K Rose Gold setting with a full filigree design on the reverse - all that gold gives the piece a total weight of 6.6 grams, so it has nice tactile feel and heft in the hands. The centerpiece of the design is a polished 8.20 carat slice of Pink Mother of Pearl with wonderful orient and chatoyancy - it's not as obvious in our 2D photos, but in your hands and in sunlight you can see the pink turn to lavender and a fantastic 3D effect as light bounces off the crystals that make up the nacre of the pearl.
Complementing the Pink Pearl are 4.75 carats of natural faceted gemstones, including Amethyst, Swiss Blue Topaz, Citrine, London Blue Topaz and Rhodolite, with an additional round cut Rhodolite at the base of the bail, and then .16ctw of White Diamonds caps the presentation. It's a very versatile piece that can be matched with any Bellarri multi-gem rings and earrings, even across other collections.
The pendant measures almost 2" tall, just a hair over 1.95", and almost .9" across the widest points.
The bail does open for easy placement on chains and cords and is large enough for just about any chain you might want to use, even some omega and herringbone chains 5-6mm wide.
