Bellarri's "La Bouquet" collection is still active, but this particular design was discontinued around 5 years ago, and we've only seen a handful of these in the 14+ years we've been selling Bellarri.
 
It's solid 18K Rose Gold with 8.75ct of all-natural, earth-mined and color matched Rhodolite Garnet joined by .32ctw of bright white diamonds.   It measures 1.25" tall x .8" wide and weighs a full 7.0 grams, almost a quarter of an ounce.  
 
The bail does open - with a handy figure-8 safety catch as well - for easy placement on chains and cords.  Please note that the reversible choker shown in our photos is for display purposes only, it is not including at the listed price.
