Bellarri's "La Bouquet" collection is still active and current, but only in the 14K multi-gem colorway.  Here we have the now-discontinued and retired 18K London Blue Topaz colorway.
 
They feature solid 18K white gold settings with a total of 7.65 carats of London Blue Topaz plus .51ctw - more than half a carat - of white diamonds.  
 
Each earring measures 1.35" x .55" and each weighs 4.0 grams.
