Just in, brand new and retail-fresh from Bellarri, the design everyone affectionately calls the "Roller Coaster Ring"!   From her "Lolita" Collection, it features faceted Rhodolite Garnet and Red Garnet in solid 14K Rose Gold.  
 
It's a dynamic setting, measuring a full .95" x .9" across the widest points, but with a fairly modest rise of only .4" up off the finger, so it won't be intrusive and the round design won't catch on long-sleeve shirts or sweaters.
 
Total gemstone count is 7.11ct combined of Rhodolite Garnet and Red Garnet, with .08ctw of White Diamonds.   The band is standard Bellarri size 7, and sizing is available but within a limited range due to the complexity of the setting.  Let us know what you need and we'll check with Bellarri for you.
