Bellarri created the "Marietta" pendants in multiple sizes and configurations, starting with the small charm-sized G1106, and the somewhat larger G1103 style code (which we've only ever seen in 18K White Gold), the large-size G1090 and then the largest size which is the award-winning centerpiece design of the signature P1182 necklace.
This particular piece that we have is simply a variation on the 2nd largest style, the G1090, with a hidden bail and brooch pin on the back instead of the vertical bail on top.
It measures a full 1" in diameter and weighs a full 10.6 grams of solid 18K yellow gold. It features 10.50 carats of color-matched Rhodolite Garnet, 1.50 carats of natural gemstones at the center including Garnet, Peridot, Amethyst, Green Tourmaline and Citrine, and approximately .11ctw of White Diamonds decorating the entire perimeter edge of the piece.
