It's an Effy design, fully hallmarked, with a solid 14K White Gold band and setting.  The center stone is a stunning 1.40ct oval-cut flat-tabled London Blue Topaz, and it's surrounded by seventy-four (74) single-cut White Diamonds totaling .26ctw with H/I color and I-1 clarity.
 
The top setting measures .5" x .35" with a rise of .25" up off the finger.
 
The band is a size 7 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.   
 
Total weight is 3.7 grams.
 
The ring is in wonderful condition and is from a non-smoking home so there's no residue or staining.
