It starts with a solid 14K White Gold setting and features a big, 14mm x 10mm natural earth-mined oval-cut Amethyst.  The band itself is a size 6.5 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.
 
The ring weighs 4.7 grams, and even allowing for the weight of the Amethyst there's still at least $225 worth of gold in this ring.   

It's in very nice condition, very well preserved, ready to wear.
