This pretty ring is made of solid 14K white gold and features six (6) natural Blue Sapphires totaling .30ctw.  The tag shows 5 sapphires, but there are actually 6.    A total of 10 single cut diamonds, .10ctw, with H/I color and I-1 clarity cap the presentation.
 
The top setting measures .6" x .55" with a rise of .35" up off the finger.  It weighs 3.4 grams, so it's worth almost $140 just in gold melt value alone.
