This vintage 14K Yellow Gold ring is fully hallmarked and definitely a unisex design - if your finger size is 10, this will work whether you're a lady or gentleman.   
 
It features a polished slice of Lapis Lazuli on a setting that features organic-textured shoulders and polished shank and side galleries.  
 
The top setting measures .5" x .4" and the band is a size 10, just a hair larger than a 10 but not quite a 10.25.    The ring weighs 8.4 grams, and at current gold prices of $2900 per ounce the ring has $435 of intrinsic gold value alone, so our buy price is a very small premium over gold melt value.
 
The ring is in good condition, but does show plenty of tiny marks and wear.  It's not flawless and may not qualify for gifting, but if you don't need perfect and just want some solid gold on your finger at a low premium to gold value this will definitely work.
