Na Hoku offers these beautiful "Plumeria" collection earrings in a variety of sizes, with and without diamonds.  This particular pair is the larger size with diamonds.  They measure 17.5mm in diameter, around 5/8 of an inch.  Each side weighs 2.1 grams, for a total gold weight of 4.4 grams across both.
 
They feature a combination polished + matte finish, and require pierced ears with Omega back clamps, as shown in our photos.
 
The total diamond carat weight is .05ct each, .10ct across both, with G/H color and SI clarity.
