With a total weight of 4.6 grams, and a solid 14K Yellow Gold setting - fully hallmarked - the gold melt value alone is almost $290, so our ask price is barely $100 over melt for a very pretty cocktail ring.
 
It features a natural oval Blue Sapphire surrounded by .23ctw if H color white diamonds with I-2 clarity.   It's a size 8 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel, and as mentioned it weighs a full 4.6 grams.   
 
The top setting measures .5" x .35" with a rise of .3" up off the finger.

It is a pre-owned estate item, so it's not retail-new or flawless, but it presents beautifully and we're selling it for a very modest premium over the gold melt value of the setting alone.
 
It comes from a non-smoking home, free of staining or residue.
