Just in, a simple but beautiful ring from renowned Italian jewelers Guerci & Pallavidini.    This little beauty is fully hallmarked with both the '750' and 'AL 794' marks, 750 denoting 18K gold and AL 794 their registered Italian mark.
 
The "AL" in their Italian registration denotes the Italian Province of Alessandria, and they're based out of the town of Valenza and have been in business since 1957.  We included a couple of photos of their Masterpiece works, including their famous Colosseum bracelet and beehive necklace.   This ring may be a much simpler design, but it comes from a jewelry house with almost 70 years of history.
 
It's solid 18K White Gold with a .94ct AAA color grade Amethyst.   The ring is a size 5.5 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.
 
This ring comes from the showcase of one of our dealer partners with a tag price of $595.  Because of the increase in the price of gold, we have to ask the full $595 - with a total weight of 4.5 grams the ring is worth $465 just for the melt value of the gold alone.
