This is Barbara Bixby QVC style code J158827, in solid Sterling Silver with a large oval cabochon Chalcedony set in solid 18K Yellow Gold and surrounded by round cut London Blue Topaz.
 
The ring is a size 7.25 on our ring sizing mandrel and may have been sized at some point.  It's difficult to tell, because there's no obvious sizing cut, but just to be safe we're mentioning it.  Whomever did the sizing did a great job, if it was sized - we've seen too many Bixby ring sizing butcher jobs, but this isn't one of them.
 
As you can see by our closeup photos, the ring is in superlative condition, with some very vivid and clean London Blue Topaz gems, too.  It's also from a non-smoking home so there's no residue or staining.
