This is an original-run Barbara Bixby Couture BBP265PER cross pendant, last seen in the 2011 catalog and sold out thereafter.
 
It features solid Sterling Silver with 18K Yellow Gold highlights including the beading on the bail, four (4) teardrop Blue Topaz gems on the arms of the cross and a Peridot at the center.  A full .136ctw of White Diamonds caps the presentation.
 
It measures just over 2" tall including the bail x 1.3" wide, and is in fantastic pre-owned condition.  It's not new and flawless, but even picky buyers will be pleased.
 
These retailed for $1475 when new.

It does come from a non-smoking home so there's no staining or residue.
