This is Barbara Bixby's high-end Couture Pagoda collection charm pendant, featuring a white freshwater cultured pearl, faceted Green Chrysophase and Swiss Blue Topaz.  You'll also find a genuine white diamond at the center of the 18K flower, rather than the white topaz used on the QVC product line.  
 
It's in superb condition, ready to wear.   It measures 1.65" x .7".
