This is an original 2010-2012 production run Barbara Bixby Couture "Jyoti" ring, style code BBR424TURQD, in solid Sterling Silver with a faceted Turquoise doublet, bright white diamonds and 18K Yellow Gold highlights.
 
The top setting measures .85" long (finger direction) x .6" and the ring measures as a size 6.75 on our own ring sizing mandrel.
 
As you can see by our photos, including some nice closeups, it's in fantastic condition with only the usual wear you'd expect at the bottom of the shank for normal contact with desks, counters, etc.  And it comes from a non-smoking home, free of staining or residue.
