This is an original Barbara Bixby Couture high-end BBN289-16 style code Sterling Silver beaded link necklace with toggle clasp and solid 18K Yellow Gold toggle clasp flowers.
 
The clasp has 18K flowers at the center and ends, three flowers total.  As denoted in the style code, this is the 16" version of this necklace.
