This is an original Bixby Couture Angel Key, in the rare Polished cabochon Turquoise colorway.   The BBK767 style code featured a faceted turquoise doublet, whereas this Couture version features the more-organic turquoise cabochon without any overlay.  The turquoise sits in a bed of carved 18K Yellow Gold and is joined by a Chocolate Freshwater Pearl at the center, with a flower made of Citrine petals at the tip of the key, and plenty of solid 18K Yellow Gold trim including Vine & Leaf detailing and a diamond-centered 18K flower below the turquoise.  Also, that's a large White Diamond above the turquoise, just below the bail.
 
It measures a full 2.55" long including the bail, which opens and has a figure-8 safety catch that still snaps firmly into place.
 
It comes from a non-smoking home, so there's no residue or staining.
