This is Barbara Bixby QVC style code J335251, her Sterling Silver, 18K Yellow Gold, Pebble Leather multi-strand choker necklace with White Topaz adorning the 18K flowers.
 
It's a 5-strand leather design with solid Sterling Silver, high-relief-carved stations and every station has an 18K Yellow Gold flower with a white topaz at the center.
 
Laid flat on a table, the end-to-end measurement is 15".  The actual wearable length, fully clasped at the longest setting, the wearable length is approximately 14.5" as it's meant to be worn close to the neck.   At the tightest setting, with the clasp hook attached to the last loop, the wearable length is approximately 13.5".   
 
It measures 1.15" wide across the Sterling Silver stations.
