This is Barbara Bixby QVC style code J350473, featuring a gorgeous Abalone doublet ringed in 18K Yellow Gold and set in solid Sterling Silver, with round Turquoise cabochons decorating the entire perimeter of the setting.   
 
It's a dynamic setting measuring 1.1" x .95" with a total ring weight of 16.3 grams, more than half an ounce.   
 
It's also in fantastic condition, with the only real wear to speak of being the usual contact marks at the bottom of the shank from normal exposure to desks, counters, car doors, etc.   And the ring is from a non-smoking home, so it's free of staining or residue.
 
On our ring mandrel the band is a size 8, just a hair larger, but not quite an 8.25.  Call it an 8.05!
