This is Barbara Bixby QVC style code J266240, featuring a gorgeous and large setting of solid Sterling Silver filigree over polished Black Onyx with a setting Brazilian Apatite set in solid 18K Yellow Gold with a teal Freshwater Pearl at the top of the heart-shaped setting.
 
It measures a full 1.35" long (finger direction) x 1.10" wide with a total weight of 20.3 grams, almost 2/3 of an ounce.   
 
On our ring mandrel it's just a hair above a size 8 - not big enough to be a size 8.25. 
 
The entire ring looks fantastic, with the only real wear being what you'd expect at the bottom of the shank from normal contact with desks, counters, etc.   And it's from a non-smoking home, so it's free of residue or staining.
