This is Barbara Bixby's QVC line Vine & Leaf ring in solid Sterling Silver with 18K Yellow Gold leaf highlights and round natural Citrines, in factory size 6.
 
It looks fantastic, far from flawless, but presents beautifully.   The gemstones look good and are nicely saturated, without any chips or breaks.  
 
It's a factory-original size 6 as measured on our own ring mandrel, and it does come from a non-smoking home.
