This is Barbara Bixby's Sterling & 18K Vine & Leaf ring, in the White Topaz colorway. It features 18K Yellow Gold leaves on a vine setting of solid Sterling Silver with three (3) sparkly and clean round-cut White Topaz gems.

This ring is a size 6, as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel, and it appears to be a factory size 6. It looks original, and has never been sized or altered, and is in very nice condition.
