This is Barbara Bixby QVC style code J353922, and it is now sold out.  It features a heavy solid Sterling Silver band and setting, with solid 18K Yellow Gold flower with white topaz center gem.   
 
We love the high-relief design on this ring - at the retail price, it was a steal.  At our price, even better.   Our photos don't do it justice - it may be a simple design, but it has great tactile feel with a total weight of 16.3 grams, more than half an ounce.   
 
On our own ring mandrel it's a dead-on size 8, and has never been sized - it was ordered as an 8 from QVC.
 
The top setting measures 1" x 1" with a rise of almost .4".   It really is a dynamic setting that feels and looks much nicer than its price tag.   If this doesn't get snagged soon, Dawn will end up buying this herself!
