This is Barbara Bixby's QVC line Vine & Leaf ring in solid Sterling Silver with 18K Yellow Gold leaf highlights and round natural Citrines, in factory size 8.
 
It's in good condition, far from flawless, but presents nicely.   There's wear to the shank, and surface wear to the Citrines, but no chips or breaks.  It can be worn without hesitation, but shows plenty of non-abusive wear.
 
It's a size 8 as measured on our own ring mandrel, and it does come from a non-smoking home.
