These are Barbara Bixby's QVC style code J04998 earrings, from her Vine & Leaf collection, with white Freshwater pearl dangles and round-cut Swiss blue Topaz gemstones.
 
They're in fantastic condition, from a non-smoking home, in solid Sterling Silver with plenty of solid 18K Yellow Gold highlight detail.
 
They measure 1.6" tall, from the top of the lobe hooks to the bottom of the Pearl dangles, and each earring weighs 2.9 grams.
