These were originally sold by AFW, and they're back on consignment from the same one-owner non-smoking home, in superb condition. 
 
These are called "inside out" hoops because they feature gemstones on both the outer ring and the inner ring - and these gemstones happen to be untreated, unheated, natural earth-mined Fancy Sapphires in a gorgeous variety of colors including Mint Green, Maize Yellow, Orange, Orange-Red, Ruby Red, Navy Blue, Periwinkle, Smoke Blue and Bright Pink.
 
Specs:  Solid 14K Yellow Gold, 8.03 carats of natural, earth-mined Fancy Sapphires, .24ct of White Diamonds.   
 
Measurements:  These hoops are designed with a slight oval shape, and measure 1.6" tall top to bottom and 1.25" deep front to back.  Each earring weighs only 3.7 grams, so they are not overly heavy or burdensome.
