This is Bellarri's "Romantica" Collection R6763 design in the Green Tourmaline + White Gold colorway (it was made in a variety of color combos and gold hues).   It features a solid 18K white gold shank and setting with 8.02 carats of natural Green Tourmaline plus 18 Points / .18ct of White Diamonds.
 
This ring has been sized down by Bellarri to a 5.25, and because of the Green Tourmaline baguettes on the shoulders it would be a risky operation to try and size it again so we're going to ask for size 5.25 buyers only.  While we are an authorized Bellarri dealer and can get any new Bellari ring sized by Bellarri, this one is an exception because it has already been sized and the complex setting shouldn't be stressed a 2nd time.
 
As you can see by our photos it's in wonderful condition, ready to wear.
