This is an original-run Barbara Bixby Couture BBN903AME necklace featuring Amethyst baguettes and diamond-filled 18K Yellow Gold flowers.   
 
Original retail on these necklaces, in this particular colorway, was $1725.   The hook & loop clasp includes an extender section, so total wearable length varies from 16" to 18", with plenty of circles for sizes in between.   

Please note that the center circle is a non-opening design, so your pendants will need opening bails.

This comes from a non-smoking home in fantastic condition, ready to wear.
