Just in on consignment, this beautiful Samuel Benham designed woven flexible choker necklace is as substantial as it is attractive. It's fully hallmarked and crafted of solid Sterling Silver with 18K Yellow Gold highlights. The chain itself is a flexible woven design, while the gemstone centerpiece (fixed in place) is a heavy, solid piece.
The gemstone complement consists of a large cushion-cut and faceted-table natural Iolite, flanked by two Citrines, and the Citrines are flanked by what we believe are natural Tsavorites (four total). These green gemstones are either Green Sapphires or Tsavorites - they're too deep in color and too sparkly to be Peridots - but without formal testing we can't be certain whether they're Tsavorites or Green Sapphires. Our experience, and the deep saturation, tells us they're Tsavorites.
The necklace has a total wearable length of 17" and weighs 99 grams, almost 3 full ounces!
It's in great pre-owned condition and from a non-smoking home, so there's no staining or residue.
