This slider pendant is made of solid 14K yellow gold, fully hallmarked, with a beautiful trillion-cut slice of Opal joined by 8 round brilliant cut diamonds totaling .14ctw and boasting G/H color and SI-1/2 clarity.   
 
It measures 1.1" tall x .55" wide and weighs 4.3 grams - melt value on just the gold in the pendant alone is over $175.
